This includes consulting, training, auditing, certification and commercial food safety and pest prevention services.

Position Summary
The President - Brand Standards is responsible for the strategic direction and effective management of the sales and operations of companies Brand Standards business unit that provides professional services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Full P & L responsibility for the Brand Standards business and for the long term growth and success of the business including:
- Developing and initiating long term strategic plans for the business.
- Development and delivery of annual business plans. Including but is not limited to developing budgets and key initiatives necessary to deliver on agreed to objectives.
- Ongoing expense control and management
- Appropriately represent the company with different constituents on an ongoing basis, including;
- Existing clients and sales prospects
- General public, and related outside groups
- Governmental and regulatory agencies
- Responsible for strengthening and perpetuating a culture that is consistent with Company’s core values, and of our “people first” principles.
- Embracing and utilizing all Company performance management and development tools.
- Managing, directing, coaching and mentoring in a manner that results in a world class team of highly motivated employees.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that the highest quality service standards are being achieved, that they are consistent with division protocols and constantly striving for improvement.
- Ensuring full alignment with company policies, programs, and initiatives
- Ensuring swift and expeditious response to customer complaints and requests for information.
- Developing management bench strength, succession planning, and operational depth within each position.
- Driving plans and directing resources necessary to ensure revenue growth, and contract sales. To be done within the context of the overall division Sales & Marketing framework.
- Direct management of the Business Development staff, and Strategic Account Management resources.
- Front line role in directing sales activity; initiating and participating in key sales pursuits.
- Identifying plans and resources required to drive continued expansion
- Ensuring all corporate based sales and marketing programs are implemented fully and effectively.
- Maintain the confidence of key client contacts in order to retain and increase the volume and quality of business allocated to Company.
- Responsible for all administrative aspects of the business and the alignment with company policies:
- Includes price management, and revenue and contract management and reporting.
- Accounting compliance and management.
- Full compliance of Human Resource requirements, and corporate programs and initiatives.
- Overall management, function, and appearance of all offices within company parameters.
- Responsible for submitting weekly, monthly and yearly reports as required; including ensuring administrative procedures are performed as necessary to complete required reports.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business, Science or Hospitality , MBA preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years management experience including hiring, salary planning and career development of team members.
- Strong sales and marketing leadership track record.
- Experience managing a budget of $50M or greater, plus budget development, balance sheet and P & L responsibilities.
- At least ten (10) years experience in managing client negotiations and contracts with Fortune 500 Companies.
- Capable manager with strong communication and business process skills
- Visionary – experience in taking initiatives from idea through successful implementation.
- Experience working in one or both of the following: Small to mid-size company; Fortune 500 companies with knowledge of best practices in all areas of business management
- Previous experience managing remote employees
- Experience managing multiple disciplines (i.e. operations, HR, accounting, business development)
- Experience liaising with attorneys, government agencies, accountants and industry contacts.
- Corporate management and remote and local site administration
- Working knowledge of HR programs and processes (safety, benefits, labor, etc.).
- Experience working in a service-related industry.
