Reports to: SVP, Global Manufacturing & Supply
Location: New Jersey
Position Overview
The VP Supply Chain-Americas will beaccountable for all Supply Chain results (cost, cash, quality, service, compliance, etc.) in the Americas region that includes USA, Canada and Latin America. Will lead significant measurable contribution to the Global Manufacturing & Supply strategy implementation (long-term, continuous improvement).
Will manage Americas based country Manufacturing & Supply Heads as well as corporate regional functions including Customer Logistics, Demand Planning, 3rd Party Operations, Logistics/ Transportation, New Product Launch Leader, Finance and Human Resources.
Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Owns execution of standard Supply Chain capabilities & strategies in their region (S&OP process capability, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Inventory, etc.)
- Owns Cost Savings for their region including multi-year plan
- Owns Sourcing Strategy (design & cost requirements) for the Region in collaboration with Global Resources on multi-region supply chains.
- Owns Supply execution of New Product Launches in their region. Links with Global Categories & Global Manufacturing & Supply resources on transition points for global initiatives to regional execution and owns post launch tracking.
- Directly manages the Latam & Canada Country Manufacturing & Supply Heads
- Interfaces with Global resources who manage Third Party Operations on supply requirements
- Member of Global Manufacturing & Supply Lead Team and participates in or leads global action plans.

· 75% dedicated to Americas Region Manufacturing & Supply, therefore impact on the Regions Gross Margin, New Product Launches, cost, cash, quality, service, compliance, etc.
Experience & Key Competencies Required
§ Fifteen plus years Supply Chain & Manufacturing experience pharmaceuticals GMP environment
